Polo educativo Barrio Once Client: OPISU: Barrio Once – Berazategui

INFORMATION: The project is located in the town of El Pato within the Berazategui district. It is situated on the site formed by streets 622, 623, 512, and 514 within Barrio Once. It comprises the execution of educational, sports, and recreational facilities for public use, which are connected by a central pedestrian street.

EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES:

Kindergarten: Construction of 870 m2 covered area, with 6 classrooms opening onto their own playgrounds, dining area, library, psychomotor room, multipurpose hall, administrative offices, support areas, and joint playground.

Primary School: Construction of 2007 m2 covered area distributed over two levels. It has 12 classrooms, dining area, library, technology laboratory, administrative offices, support areas, internal courtyard, outdoor playground, and flexible multipurpose hall with expansion possibilities.

Secondary School: Construction of 1325.11 m2 on the ground floor, with 6 classrooms, nursery room, library, laboratory, administrative offices, support areas, internal courtyard, outdoor playground, and flexible multipurpose hall with expansion possibilities.

SPORTS FACILITIES: A multi-sport court of 895 m2 covered area will be developed, complemented by a 7-a-side soccer field and urban sports equipment.

NEIGHBORHOOD RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT: The construction of a 888m2 public use building is envisaged, which includes an auditorium for communal activities, as well as the development of a community garden and a children’s playground.
